Human Rights Foundation Against Violence (YAHAMAK), Mimika, is planning to sues the government of the Republic of Indonesia and Papua provincial government to the International Court of Justice, related to the implementation of the Act No. 4 of 2009 on Mineral Mining, Energy and Coal, were assessed without an obvious solution. They assess its obscurity since the Mining Law enacted would trigger a violation of human rights to thousands of Freeport workers, especially the Papuans.
