Chairman of GBCI, Naning Adiwoso at Green Building Conference 2014 events in Jakarta (8\/5) admit that this number is still very little. “The process is not as easy as turning hand over, there is rating-tools to do,” admits this senior architect. Naning explains, the constructed building certification process take about three months, while for building to be built depends on duration of the building itself. For building management who will take GBCI certification, he explained there is various ranges, around 80 million rupiah. Certification obtained will be monitored and evaluated regularly every three years.<\/p>\n
In the explanation, he mentioned some building that already received “Green Building” certification, they are The Ministry of Public Works, BCA, SBM ITB Cikarang, Prasetya Mulya BSD and Pacific Place.<\/p>\n
