Several planes from the army also in maintenance so we are not able to do weather modification [to create rains],\u201d said Sutopo Purwo Nugroho, BNPB spokesman in a press conference. <\/p>\n<p>Nugroho said that Hercules\u2019 capacity was more suitable for water bombing for its wide range and bigger container.<br \/>\n\u201cAt least two Hercules for Sumatra and two Hercules for Kalimantan.
