{"id":63905,"date":"2015-01-23T22:29:30","date_gmt":"2015-01-23T15:29:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ekuatorial.com\/2015\/01\/heavy-rains-will-still-hit-jakarta-until-march\/"},"modified":"2015-01-23T22:29:30","modified_gmt":"2015-01-23T22:29:30","slug":"heavy-rains-will-still-hit-jakarta-until-march","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ekuatorial.com\/en\/2015\/01\/heavy-rains-will-still-hit-jakarta-until-march\/","title":{"rendered":"Heavy rains will still hit Jakarta until March"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Jakarta, Ekuatorial<\/strong> \u2013 Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicted rain with medium intensity would still happening until end of January, especially on northern part of Jakarta. &#8220;Heavy rains potentially hit Thousand Islands, Pluit, Kamal, Pejagalan, and Penjaringan, &#8221; said Hary Tirto Djatmiko, head of information of BMKG, on Friday (23\/1), in Jakarta. <\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, Djatmiko said that heavy rains would occur from midnight until five in the morning for Kemayoran, Senen, Jatinegara, Bekasi, Cililitan, Tangerang Selatan, Cikokol, Ciledug, Parung, Bogor, Pamulang, Ciawi, and Serpong.<\/p>\n<p>However, he said that highest rain intensity would only happened starting in February to March. &#8220;We are giving early warning for Jakarta and greater areas, also we are coordinating with National Disaster Mitigation agency [BNPB],&#8221; he added. <\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Sutopo Purwo Nugroho, head of data center and information of BNPB said that there were at least 36 puddles in Jakarta. &#8220;Rains and water level are still normal but puddles have emerged due to bad drainage.
