Government plans for the relocation of denizen threatened by eruption of Mount Sinabung, Karo District, North Sumatera Province. The total population is 1,255 inhabitant to be relocated.
Center for Volcanology and Geological Hazard Mitigation recommends Sukameriah Village, Bekerah and Simacem denizen in a radius of 3 km from the summit crater Mount Sinabung which threatened from hot clouds, lava flows, poisonous gases, and hurl incandescent rocks must be relocated.
