The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has appointed at least five geosite areas at Mount Kidul Regency as Geopark area assessment materials that will be conducted on July 4 to 8, 2014. “They have informed and determined five geosite samples that will be assessed in July,” Birowo Edhie, chief of Mount Kidul Regency’s economy and natural resources, told on Saturday.
