Inundated roads in several parts of Jakarta have made the week-long commemoration of the Transjakarta bus network’s 10th anniversary less than celebratory. Despite a 50 percent discount on tickets given to those using e-money from Jan. 15 to 22, many Transjakarta passengers could not reach their destinations as floodwater was too high.
