Activityof Mount Sinabung, Karo District, North Sumatra is still quite high. Earthquake is still dominated by hybrid earthquake which indicates the growth of the lava dome is still ongoing. The potential eruption accompanied by heat clouds, although its intensity decreases. Since Saturday (8/2) the eruption occurred two times and several times avalanches. Status is still on level IV, no human activities on the radius of 5 km from the summit crater.
