Council Member of West Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands, asks PT Timah Tbk to seriously handle mined land reclamation program which covers tens of thousands of hectares in the area. Currently, those mined land was still open all such desert, arid, barren and abandoned. Whereas, obligation to carry out mined land reclamation is set in Law No. 4 of 2012 and the Local Law No. 4 of 2012 on Mining, ie post-mining reclamation shall be conducted by its Mining Business License holder.
