Rezza Aji Pratama is a journalist currently working as an editor at Katadata Indonesia. Rezza has over ten years of experience as a journalist focusing on business and economics. Over the last couple of years, Rezza has established his interest in science and environmental issues, focusing on how they intersect with business. Rezza has received several grants and fellowships, including a Health and Nutrition Journalists Academy grant (2017), an Earth Journalism Network grant on climate change reporting (2019), and a Wildlife Reporting Grant from Oxpeckers Investigative Environmental Journalism (2020). Rezza is also a Grantee Fellow at the Pulitzer Center’s Rainforest Journalism Fund and the Changemakers Program Fellow 2022 by Thomson Reuters Foundation. One of his recent articles uncovered wildlife crime in Indonesia and was shortlisted for the Sigma Data Journalism Award 2021. Since 2019, Rezza has been volunteering with the Editorial Team at the non-profit Indonesian Data Journalism Network (IDJN). In this role, he acts as a mentor for several journalists across the country.
